Mars rover with SDA Group components at University Rover Challenge in the U.S.

University Rover Challenge, an international Mars rover competition, was held on 1-3 June 2017 in the United States. The Wrocław University of Science and Technology OFF-Road team built the rover for this competition, while SDA Group made elements of the rover’s structure and drive, and was one of the main sponsors (other than the University) of this project. The University Rover Challenge is an annual robot competition organised by The Mars Society for student teams from around the world. The competition is held in the desert of Utah, USA, in the vicinity of the Mars Desert Research Station (MDRS), a simulated Mars base.
